Terms and returns

These terms apply when you buy from Kojú Botanicals (RC 9916086) through this website. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Our products

Our products are traditional botanical, cosmetic and ritual products. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results, including from our spiritual products, vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Read each product’s directions and cautions, patch-test body products, and speak to a healthcare professional before using herbal products if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition.

You must be 18 or older to buy from our sensual wellness range.

Prices and payment

Prices are set in naira. Prices shown in other currencies are conversions for your convenience. Customers paying in a currency other than naira are charged in US dollars, as shown at checkout. Payment is taken securely by Paystack. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive our confirmation email.

If an item sells out or we can’t fulfil your order for any reason, we’ll contact you and refund you in full for anything we can’t send.

Delivery

We deliver across Nigeria and to selected countries. Delivery times shown at checkout are the courier’s estimates and can’t be guaranteed. Please make sure your address, landmark and phone number are correct, as couriers may charge to redeliver to a corrected address. Free standard delivery applies to Nigerian orders over ₦50,000.

Returns and refunds

• Changed your mind: unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email us first; return delivery is paid by you.
• Damaged, faulty or wrong items: tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo. We’ll replace the item or refund you, including delivery.
• Hygiene: opened body, intimate and herbal products can’t be returned unless they are faulty.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 working days of us receiving the return or confirming the problem. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

None of this affects your rights under Nigerian consumer protection law.

Your account

Keep access to your email account secure, as it’s how you sign in. Tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
